New learning discoveries about 1426129-50-1

Catalysts are substances that increase the reaction rate of a chemical reaction without being consumed in the process. A catalyst, therefore, does not appear in the overall stoichiometry of the reaction it catalyzes.I hope my blog about 1426129-50-1 is helpful to your research. Category: thiomorpholine.

In heterogeneous catalysis, catalysts provide a surface to which reactants bind in a process of adsorption. In homogeneous catalysis, catalysts are in the same phase as the reactants. 1426129-50-1, Name is (R)-tert-Butyl (1-([1,1′-biphenyl]-4-yl)-3-hydroxypropan-2-yl)carbamate, molecular formurla is C20H25NO3. In a document, author is Biava, M, introducing its new discovery. Category: thiomorpholine.

We have identified BM212 as a lead compound among a series of pyrrole derivatives with good in vitro activity against mycobacteria and candidae. First studies led us to synthesize some pyrrole compounds in which the thiomorpholine fragment was present. Some compounds revealed very active and these findings prompted us to prepare new pyrrole derivatives 2-15 in the hope of increasing the activity. The microbiological data showed interesting in vitro activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and atypical mycobacteria. (C) 2004 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
