Reference of 100-21-0, Chemistry, like all the natural sciences, begins with the direct observation of nature— in this case, of matter. 100-21-0, Name is Terephthalic acid, SMILES is O=C(O)C1=CC=C(C(O)=O)C=C1, molecular formula is C8H6O4, belongs to thiomorpholine compound. In an article, author is Reddy, Putta Ramachandra, introduce new discover of the category.
A new class of N-azole substituted thiomorpholine derivatives were prepared and their antioxidant and cytotoxic activities were studied. The methyl substituted oxazolyl thiomorpholine dioxide 9b exhibited radical scavenging activity greater than the standard ascorbic acid. On the other hand, the thiazolyl thiomorpholine 10c having a chloro substituent on the aromatic ring was identified as a remarkable lead molecule for cytotoxic activity against A549 and HeLa cells, with IC50 values of 10.1 and 30.0 mu M, respectively.
The catalyzed pathway has a lower Ea, but the net change in energy that results from the reaction is not affected by the presence of a catalyst. Interested yet? Read on for other articles about 100-21-0, you can contact me at any time and look forward to more communication. Reference of 100-21-0.
